Having served her apprenticeship as hotel manageress, Marion Klusmann worked as a flight attendant for many years, gaining experience of foreign countries and cultures, before working as manageress in different hotel areas.

While organising a wedding as maid of honour, she came up with the idea of achieving her full potential in the event industry. Born and bred in Munich, Marion's wish to work in her home city again was fulfilled when she joined the excellent STARK! Marketing team in April 2011.

She is totally in her element at events and her radiant smile always puts everyone in a good mood.
